RETURN INFORMATION

Online purchases from the USA webstore only can be returned provided they meet our terms below.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the item to us.
2. Returned Items are expected to be undamaged, unused and ready for resale in their original packaging. If these conditions are not met, your return will be not be accepted.
3. Your personal information will be used according to our Privacy Policy to process your refund.
4. Once a return has been cleared and accepted, we will then initiate a refund or replacement back to the original purchasing method or shipping address.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

General 

• Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described, or if the wrong item was received.

Faulty Product

• If an item is faulty, incorrectly described, or different from the image shown, we will meet our legal obligations, which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable timeframe with proof of purchase.  We do not consider general wear and tear as an acceptable reason for return.
